FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING
(for high volume labels)

We Sai Impression Labels are equipped with Nilpeter Flexography printing machine with 6 colour stations on both water and UV based printing methods. This method is feasible for medium to high volume of labels, the printing speed is extremely high and is able to print in various substrates. The flexography printing method handles all the processes inline like printing, varnishing, laminating and die cutting in a single pass and hence reduces lead time. The initial setup cost is a bit higher and after that, this method is very cost effective with a high volume of labels.

DIGITAL PRINTING
(for low volume labels)

Sai Impression Labels are equipped with Epson digital printing machine. Digital printing is cost effective for the low volume labels. The Digital printer is a four colors process, and has limitations in matching any pantone shade requirements. If you are a start up and require low volume labels, No worries! There is no minimum order volume for this digital printing method. We were able to serve you best with short delivery turnaround time.
