Sai Impression And Packaging Solutions is a custom label and sticker manufacturer based in Chennai, India, founded in 2010. We print self-adhesive labels, thermal transfer and direct thermal labels, BOPP film labels, in-mould labels, shrink sleeves, variable data labels, blister packing rolls and PE coated pouch rolls for 1000+ brands across 11 industries.

There is no fixed site-wide minimum. Digital printing makes short runs of a few thousand labels viable, while flexo runs are priced for higher volumes. Specialty formats have their own minimums - printed blister packing rolls, for example, start at 50 kg. Tell us your format and we will confirm the practical minimum for it.

A written quote is returned within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your specification. Once artwork and material are approved, standard label orders are dispatched in as little as 5 working days. Orders needing new die tooling, custom material or lamination take longer, and we confirm the exact date in writing before production starts.

Yes. We export to more than 25 countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Australia, Germany, Singapore and South Africa. Our export desk handles documentation and worldwide shipping, so overseas buyers order directly from the manufacturer rather than through a reseller.

Yes. We print to Pantone references and match process colours to your approved standard. Colour is measured and recorded against that standard for each batch, so a repeat order printed months later matches the original rather than drifting between runs.

Yes. We supply physical samples so you can check material, adhesive, finish and colour on your actual container before approving a production run. This matters most for demanding conditions such as frozen storage, oily surfaces or outdoor UV exposure, where the right facestock and adhesive combination has to be proven first.

Label price is driven by seven factors: order quantity, material, label size, number of print colours, finishing such as lamination or foiling, one-time die tooling, and roll format including core size and labels per roll. Quantity has the largest effect, because setup cost is spread across the run.
