The Challenge
The brand wanted to lift off-take and strengthen loyalty among dealers and masons in a competitive market. They needed a secure, trackable incentive: a coupon on each bag that the trade could redeem easily, without the duplicate or fraudulent claims that plague ordinary printed coupons.
Our Solution
We produced unique-coded QR coupon tags using variable data printing, so every coupon carries a one-time, encrypted QR linked to the brand's redemption platform. A dealer or mason scans the code to instantly redeem points or cash, and because each code is single-use it cannot be copied or claimed twice. We printed on a scratch-concealed, tamper-evident stock so the code stays hidden until the genuine buyer reveals it.
The Results
The trade could redeem in seconds from a phone, which drove participation and repeat purchase, while the unique single-use codes gave the brand clean, fraud-resistant tracking of every redemption and real data on who was selling where.
Background
