IML fuses photo-quality graphics into the plastic during moulding — no edges, no peeling, no separate labelling step, ever.
Fused during moulding · Photo-quality decoration · Zero delamination or peel. Manufacturer-direct supply for moulders and brand owners across India and worldwide.
In-mould labelling places a printed polypropylene label inside the mould before the container is formed; molten plastic fuses label and container into a single piece. The result is decoration that can't peel, bubble, scratch off or wrinkle — because it's structurally part of the pack, with the same recyclability as the container itself.
We produce IML labels for injection-moulded buckets, tubs, lids and thin-wall food containers — with photo-realistic print quality, precise die-cutting for mould fit, and antistatic handling so labels feed reliably in high-speed IML automation. Decorating a container after moulding instead? Compare with our self-adhesive labels or shrink sleeves.

A sticker is applied after the container is made and can peel or scuff. An IML label is placed inside the mould and fused into the container wall as it forms — the decoration is permanent and the surface is seamless.
Injection-moulded PP packaging: buckets, tubs, lids, thin-wall food containers and similar. Your moulder needs IML automation (robot placement); we produce labels cut and packed for exactly that process.
Yes — because the PP label matches the PP container, the pack stays mono-material, which recyclers prefer over containers carrying paper or PET labels.
Yes — fused decoration performs from deep-freeze ice cream storage to hot-fill applications without peeling, fading or wrinkling.
Your mould/tooling drawing (or an existing labelled container), the moulder's IML specification, and your artwork. We handle die-cut fitting, curl control and antistatic packing from there.
IML is most economical at production volume, but we quote both trial runs and annual supply contracts. Pricing depends on label size, film thickness and colours — send your container details and yearly usage for a firm manufacturer-direct price within 24–48 hours.
