360° printed shrink sleeves that hug every curve of the bottle — with built-in tamper evidence and unmissable shelf presence.
360° full-body graphics · Fits contoured containers · Integrated tamper bands. Manufacturer-direct from Chennai — supplied in roll form or pre-cut sleeves.
A pressure-sensitive label decorates a panel; a shrink sleeve decorates the entire container. Printed on the inside of PVC or PETG film and shrunk to fit, sleeves conform to curves, waists and shoulders that flat labels can't touch — turning ordinary bottles into shelf-dominating packaging with up to 100% more branding space.
We print shrink sleeves in high-impact gravure/flexo colour with the shrink percentage matched to your container geometry, and can integrate tamper-evident neck bands into the same sleeve — one application, full decoration plus security.

A tube of printed film slipped over the container and passed through a heat tunnel, where it shrinks to grip every contour. The print covers up to 360° of the container, including necks and shoulders flat labels can’t reach.
PVC is the economical standard for most bottles. PETG offers higher shrink (for complex shapes), better clarity and easier recycling separation. We'll recommend based on your container geometry, budget and sustainability goals.
Automatic lines use a sleever plus a steam or hot-air tunnel. For smaller volumes, pre-cut sleeves can be applied by hand with a small heat tunnel or even a heat gun — we supply both formats and can advise on affordable tunnel options.
Yes — we extend the sleeve over the cap with a perforated band, giving full-body decoration and tamper evidence in a single application.
Reverse printing traps the ink between the film and the container, so graphics can't scuff, scratch or wash off — the sleeve surface itself protects the print for the product's whole life.
Cost depends on film type (PVC is the economical choice, PETG the premium high-shrink option), sleeve size, number of colours and order volume. As the manufacturer we quote directly — share your container and quantity for a firm price within 24–48 hours.
Photo-quality graphics fused into the plastic during moulding — no edges, no peeling, ever.
